The company was founded by Akhilesh Gupta. Mr. Gupta has spent close to 15 years in the US where he completed his Bachelors degree in International Business after which he worked at one of the world top design firms leading business development activities and managing high end client relationships for their India and Middle East Markets. During his tenure at the organisation his interest in recruitment and successful candidate selection drove him to jump deeper to learn more about human capital needs of various industries. In 2013 Mr. Gupta relocated to India and was leading the Sales and CRM department for one of the biggest real estate companies in India. His passion for hiring the right talent for his team lead to the successful accomplishment of his teams sales and CRM goals. 

Mr. Gupta has the increadible skill of understanding customer needs and immediately take action to resolve their issues. This has been his secret to develop good client relations hence generate repeat business for the organization. Akhilesh's last engagement was heading the India operations of a U.S based staffing firm. In his short but extremely successful tenure, he decided that it was time for him to bring refinement to the process of recruitment in India. This idea led to the inception of Praxis leaders in October of 2015.
