One of our clients is current looking to hire a Senior Delivery Manager for their start up in North India. To be specific someone in the Delhi area/ willing to move to that area. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You will be heading a team of software developers.
• You will be involved in the client facing discussion to understand their requirments.
• You will be helping out the client in providng solutions for their current requirments.
• You are expected to develop the best possible solution for the clients requirements.
• You will be responsible for developing a blue print for the clients needs.
• Ability to work closly with your team to develop/ coding and generating initial model.
• Should be able to be hand on and not afriad to roll up sleeves to develop the code yourself.
• You should have worked with Open source programs in the past.

Requirement:

• MUST have atleast 15 years of experiences.
• Should have experience in coding in the initial years.
• MUST have experience in managing a team of 20-30 team mates.
• Should have experience in working with domestic and international clients.
• Should be a self starter, motivator, leader and the ability be creative.
• MUST have displayed problem solving ability in the past engagements.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have experience in working with Mongo DB and Python
