Our client is currently looking for a HR manager to be based out of their factory in the Bengaluru area. Please read the below carefully before applying for the opening:

Primary Responsibilitie

A HR managers will be primarily responsible for working with the factory employees and understanding and filling the manpower needs of the plant.  Following is required:

• Should have close to 10 years of experience in HR.
• Previous experience in Human capital management for factory/ plant operations.
• Should be very well aware of the state labor laws and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English is a MUST.
• Should be fluent in speaking Kannada. 
• Should have good market knowledge.
• Must have past experience in reporting to directors of the company.
• Bachelors degree is a MUST.
